Firestone Destination AT2 vs Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 3
The Firestone Destination AT2 and Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 3 are both on-road oriented tires as they are not as aggressive as most all-terrains are on average. Yet still the Dueler AT offers better off road performance, whereas the its better in dry on road grip as well. Firestone Destination At2 on the other side, is simply amazing when it comes to fuel consumption and wet performance.
Yokohama Geolandar G015 vs General Grabber AT3
Both Yokohama Geolandar G015 and the General Grabber AT3 are very on-road aligned tires which do great on smooth pavements but lack slightly on rugged tracks (that's why they have up to H in speed ratings). Both have 3 peak mountain snowflake ratings as well, but Geolandar AT does better with it. In fact it does great on all sorts of wet surfaces, providing better lateral and horizontal aid.
Cooper Discoverer AT3 vs Firestone Destination AT2
Let me give you guys a quick summary. Firestone Destination is better in wet traction, fuel economy, and comfort on roads, whereas it's snow traction is only slightly off in comparison. The Cooper Discoverer AT3 on the other side, is superior in terms of dry grip, hydroplaning, snow traction, and overall off road traction.
Firestone Destination AT2 vs Toyo Open Country AT3
The Firestone Destination AT2 is not suitable overall for rugged terrains, as the tire is not available in LT sizes, I'd update if anything changes. But for now, these tires are great if you are only doing light weight off-road driving like going on gravely roads, or minor off road filled with dirt. The tire is also great on snow and can handle up to 1 feet, though both tires are severe winter symbols (3pmsfr).
Yokohama Geolandar G015 vs Falken Wildpeak AT3w
Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 is one of the best tires to have (in all-terrain tires) when it comes to comfort and on road noise. The tire offers amazing ride quality values. It also offers amazing results on wet streets as well.
Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus vs Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015
Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus is quite old now, yet the tire is still pretty great in many areas, where in comparison it does better on dry roads, fuel economy and almost all off road terrains. On the other side, the Yokohama Geolandar AT remains unbeatable in providing you with excellent on road comfort both in terms of noise and ability to absorb bumps. The tire is also very impressive on snowy terrains and on wet roads, it's steering response and handling abilities is just as great as any passenger tire.
Firestone Destination AT2 vs Hankook Dynapro AT2
Both all-terrain (A/T) tires are although great on roads (as they are both highway performing oriented), the Firestone Destination AT2 is better on wet roads, whereas the Hankook Dynapro AT2 does great on dry highways. Both are 3PMSF rated offering all season traction and off road they are again different where Dynapro offers better rock traction and Firestone give you a desirable experience on sand. But note that both are not preferable for muddy terrains, stating the obvious.
Kumho Road Venture AT51 Review
Kumho Road Venture AT51 is an average all rounder all-terrain tire, which is although not going to impress in any area of performance, it's not too bad either. It's directional grip is lacking on dry pavements, whereas it's handling is average. And on wet, it's the opposite, it's handling is not as good as it's braking and acceleration.
Michelin LTX A/T2 Review
Michelin LTX AT2 is a good all rounder tire which is great on roads, very quite, fuel economic, and offering decent tread life. The tire although does not offer 3 peak mountain snowflake rating, still does pretty good on snowy terrains, where its softer rubber stays flexible with freezing temperatures. The downsides with this tire is wet, no matter where you are, on road, grass, mud, rocks, if it's wet, you are going to loose traction.
