Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T Review

The Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T is a great new all terrain, or should I say, hybrid tire in town. It's really going to give others some tough time, especially when it comes to snow traction, as I've rated these tires best for it through my research. Other than that, the durability of this tire is another plus point, where it got a close second compared to KO2. So off road, you can throw anything in front of these tires, and they will get out with no problem. And on highways, given their tough design, they are still very impressive giving you with stable dynamic response and handling capabilities in both dry and wet conditions.

Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 Review

Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 3 Review

So to sum up, the Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo is a great tire for pavements particularly. It features top-notch dry traction, noise reduction, fuel economy and tread life. Though it needs to improve its wet traction and overall impact comfort performance. Off-road the tire is just average, where it excels the most on sandy terrains, but need improvement in muddy conditions, and some rocky terrains.

Americus Rugged A/TR

Americus Rugged ATR Review

In the end, you can say that the Americus Rugged ATR is an impressive off-road tire with solid performance in various terrains, although there is room for improvement in its sidewall lug design, which hinders the rocky and sandy terrain traction a little bit. Though the tire does great in other terrain types including snow, despite lacking 3PMSF certification. I mean it offers amazing gripping, with it's angles notches and you can add studs on its tread for icy terrains as well. Furthermore, the tire is not too bad on road as well, where you get good enough traction, tread life, fuel economy, and overall comfort performance.

Atturo Trail Blade MT

Atturo Trail Blade MT vs Nitto Trail Grappler

So overall, we have learned form the above, that the Nitto Trail is a better for rocks and muddy tracks, and offers superior directional (dry) grip in comparison, on highways. Whereas, the Atturo Trail Blade is the one to opt for, if you want the best out of sandy, and snowy terrains. The tire is also great with overall wet traction, fuel economy and comfort.

Nitto Trail Grappler

Hankook Dynapro MT2 vs Nitto Trail Grappler

Let me conclude everything I discussed above. So as the Nitto Trail Grappler features a tougher design here, it makes sense why it's a better tire off-road, specifically on rocky and muddy terrains. Whereas the Dynapro MT2 is a better highway tire, so comfort and fuel economy is better with it. Though it's tread life isn't as great as its counterpart.

Nitto Trail Grappler

Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 vs Nitto Trail Grappler

Let me sum up all of the above I discussed. So comparing both tires, the tests clearly showed that the Trail Grappler is a superior pick for rocks, mud, winter grip, noise/quietness of ride, and overall tread life. Whereas the Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 does better on roads, in both wet and dry traction areas, and brings superior fuel economy, as well as comfort (in terms of bumps absorption).

General Grabber X3 M/T

General Grabber X3 Review

The General Grabber X3 is a capable off-road mud-terrain tire with excellent hydroplaning resistance, wet performance, and snow traction. The tire although may fall a little short in terms of providing adequate comfort and noise reduction efficacy, its performance on rocks, mud and sand is very commendable and makes up for all of it's drawbacks, no doubt. Though it could improve its sand traction a little bit (of course saying this, whilst comparing it with other mud terrain tires).

Hankook Dynapro MT2

Hankook Dynapro MT2 Review

To sum things up, the Hankook Dynapro MT2 tires stand out as a strong contender in the off-road tire market, featuring improved traction, durability, and performance. The innovative tread design, enhanced sidewall protection, and stone ejector technology work in harmony to provide drivers with a superior off-roading experience in various terrains, including mud, rocks, and snow. Despite some minor drawbacks such as potential road noise and reduced fuel efficiency, the overall balance of performance, quality, and value offered by the Hankook Dynapro MT2 is noteworthy. For those in search of an off-road tire that can confidently tackle challenging conditions while maintaining a high level of reliability and resilience, this tire is well worth considering, no doubt about that.

With features such as an aggressive tread design, optimized block positions, and a thick sidewall lugs, these tires confidently deliver a great combination of performance, and durability across various terrains, including mud, rocks, and snow. Mickey Thompson Deegan 38

Yokohama Geolandar MT Review

The Yokohama Geolandar M/T tires confidently claim their place as a top choice for off-road enthusiasts who value a blend of performance, design, and technology. These tires feature an aggressive tread pattern that highlights their ability to handle various terrains, including mud, snow, and rocky landscapes. When compared to other mud-terrain tires, their tread longevity stands out the most. However, in terms of impact comfort and noise, the Yokohama Geolandar M/T falls short. Although mud-terrain tires and comfort rarely go hand in hand, the Yokohama could benefit from improvements in these areas compared to its competitors.

The Radar Renegade RT proves to be a formidable option for off-road enthusiasts, seeking a balance between performance and affordability. With an aggressive tread design, and a solid sidewall construction, these tires exhibit exceptional traction and durability on a variety of terrains. The tire features superb self cleaning properties, while keeping things very comfortable on-roads. It's laterally aligned lugs feature excellent paddling capabilities and off-set edges on them minimize pavement noise with pitch sequencing technology. Thunderer Trac Grip MT

Thunderer Trac Grip Review

The Thunderer Trac Grip M/T tires prove to be a reliable and budget-friendly option for off-road enthusiasts and those seeking better traction in various conditions. The aggressive tread design, self-cleaning properties, and versatile performance of these tires, make them suitable for almost all terrain types, including of course deep muddy tracks. Though the tire could use a little help in the on-road traction department. But looking the tire's price tag, and the performance in other key areas, I think one can very easily ignore that.
